Shipping Information
- Standard Ground — 2–5 business days within the Northeast; 5–7 business days nationwide.
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days to most locations. Available at checkout.
- Freight Shipping — For large orders over 500 lbs. Includes liftgate service and appointment delivery.
- Order Processing — Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Custom fabrication orders require additional lead time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will receive a shipping quote with your order confirmation. For bulk orders, contact our team for the best freight rates.
Returns Policy
- Standard Stock Items — Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom Fabrication Orders — Final sale. Custom-cut, welded, or finished products cannot be returned.
- Damaged Items — Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at info@bostonaluminium.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer.
